Lori: Can anyone recommend a vet that cares for rabbits in the local area? Our vet (Lakewood VCA) doesn't treat them. Thank you.

Funny, I was looking for a vet that would fix a rabbit last week:-) Long Beach Animal Hospital is good but very over priced. Long Beach VCA treats rabbits, that is the vet that LB Animal control uses. If you are willing to drive a little, PetVet in Huntington Beach treats rabbits, they are good ( I have taken pets there before) and they have fair pricing.

Long Beach Animal Hospital is where we go. They are okay, but choices are pretty limited unless you want to drive, which my bunny hates. For bunny pedicures I take my Gorda to Banfield inside PetsMart, maybe they can recommend someone.
