I STRONGLY recommend against Bryant Heating and Air. I had a terrible experience with them, they are totally incompetent. It’d take forever to type it all up, so here’s my “favorite” bit. They installed a new a/c unit, which uses the same blower as my furnace. Come winter when I turned on my heat, I suddenly had water pouring through my first floor ceiling below the hvac closet. They had completely left a furnace condensation pipe just dangling, not connected to the overflow drain, so once the furnace was turned on my room slowly flooded. It’s like they said, “eh, what’s this? Probably not important!” Fuck those guys.

We used ADA after Engineered came out and wanted to replace a motor in ours for a little over a grand. Told them no thanks. ADA came out confirmed it was the problem and charged half the cost. No complaints.

You want to get quotes for his type of work. Go outside of Lexington - they are more reasonably priced in general. Here’s one that did a few houses for me and they were fair and punctual. (859) 621-7522 Comfort Heating and Air

My cousin is a tech at bernie hartung heating and air, ive no idea their prices, but i'll vouch for the trustworthyness and quality work, because i always hear about the problems they get to go fix after other contractors mess up an install and quit answering their phone.
