I used Heber appliance to fix a ice maker hose.... they replaced it. But li and behold it’s still didn’t work. Yeah well you just asked us to replace the hose. Didn’t ask us to actually make it work. Charged us 180.00 still didn’t work.

I often use Mr. Appliance and they’ve always been great. If none of these above work let me know because I just called another service and they were also good. I tried Paul’s which is highly recommended by many, but they don’t service Viking. But Paul’s is another option.

Every chance I get I will let you know how horrible Heber Appliance is!! The guy came fix our washing machine, told me it's fixed, said I could use it, so I did. Came home to find water flooded and running down the walls into garage and caused major water damage. Had to get Disaster Company out and fans for three weeks on with a newborn at the house too. We had to use our insurance company to cover the cost. We were also about to put our house on the market, the future buyers found out about the water damage, we lost another $20k on selling our house. The dude from HEBER Appliance also tried to pray with me thinking I had been called to serve. omg! The Nerve of that guy! I wish he lost his job, but I still see him driving around in one of those vans. I try to forgive, but I cannot forget and will always let people know to NEVER USE HEBER APPLIANCE!! Losers! Upon that rant, we use Hot Rod and Yox
