womens 15kg barbells....needed or not for a new gym on a budget??

If you don't get the 15 kg bars, you'll definitely want some 15# aluminum ones. You've got to keep in mind that a 65 yr old woman may walk through your doors and a 45# snatch just may be out of her reach right off the bat. With that being said, I have 2 x the 20 kg bars than I do the 15 kg bars. I make sure that all the women are comfortable using both, because they kind of have to be. You don't need a 15 kg bar to deadlift or squat. We make it a habit to never call it a "girl's" bar...it's the 15 kg. Having a variety of bar sizes also helps to "save the tens" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg6DIHtUAIo
