Can anyone recommend a gym/workout center in Castle Rock? Also, what kind of prices do they cost? Thank you.
Sue T. replied:
Balance Fitness has low sign up fees and last I knew was $25/month for the first family member and discounts for each additional family member. Its a good, basic gym and is accessible 24-hours a day. Essence Health and fitness is all certified personal trainers and offer individualized workouts and small groups. Just depends on what you're looking for. There are many options in Castle Rock, including the rec center.
