A lot of the dentist are doing that now. It's because so many people are missing appts, which is a time they could have put someone else in. Make sure you ask what the policy is where you move him to. I took one of the kids to Dr. Branham....loved her but I had issues with the receptionist also.....VERY rude!

We like Dr. Branham too. However, the girls have only ever had cleanings and routine checkups. So I can't refer her for more than that. The office staff is very friendly as well and its decorated just for the little one
