Athens Cleaners is the best. Ask for Jimmy the owner. Next to The Barn on Harford Rd.

There is a great place behind the CVS on Loch Raven and Taylor. I think it is called Value Cleaner. They also do tailoring. We used to go to the place in Parkville Plaza. We tried Zips, but like the place behind the CVS better.
