I love Dr. Deborah Rabner in West Caldwel. Her office is right on Bloomfield Ave. She was great for my teenage son, as well as for me. It took a while to get an appointment, but she knew her stuff and spent time with us.

Dr. Rabner is the BEST!!!!! But it's a LONG wait to get in.

1. I had her remove something and when I came back for follow up - she said oh, look, I didn't get it all and then charged me the full amount for a second procedure 2. my husband went in for a yearly scan, she told him to roll up his pants to his knees. When he asked how she would see from the waist down and should he remove his pants, she practically panicked he said and she said it was unnecessary. Does that mean you cannot get cancer between the waist and your knees? I happen to love Dr Eric Strauss in Parsippany. Dr. Shah is a partner of his and she specializes in Moh's surgery and is wonderful! I recommend them both.

Dr. Nancy Spinelli in Denville. She's great and knows her stuff. Just not in Denville everyday...also works out of Fairlawn office

I have a female derm I old NOT recommend - went to Dr Almeida over on Baldwin for a full screening - she took about 3 minutes to quickly glance over my body, told me I was good and handed me a cancer pamphlet as she rushed out the door -

I did not like Dr. Strauss at all! My one and only freak out mommy moment was with him. But I do like Dr. Shah, Dr. Weiser in that group.

The doctors are good at Affiliated, but in my experience (and that of my patients), the staff treats people like dog poop. I use The Dermatology Group in Motown.

I did not particularly care for Dr Strauss either - and I always had to wait a very long time in the waiting room. My daughter also did not like him.

I got in with Dr. Kazam for next week. Hopefully she'll be able to give Elizabeth a little guidance on her breakouts and help her realize she's neither hideous nor the only teen dealing with the issue. Poor kid's had a rough few months.

And if you need to see an eye doctor, Dr. Ezra Kazam's office is there too, they're married and share the office together. I'll be at the eye MD on Wednesday. Pam

Melissa, buy him some Aveeno Eczema Therapy moisturizer and use it at least twice a day. Put it on for him. EVERYONE is dry, itchy, and patchy right now with this weather. If you want me to call in a topical steroid for him, I can. Call me.

Yes, the one on Baldwin is one of the best around here. They have MDs seeing the patients. While I heard other practices use NPs. Janelle went to one and was seen by a NP and misdiagnosed her and she went back to Dermatology Associates on Baldwin Road.

Well Janis Alfano so far all my specialist including my gynecologist take it I'm thrilled. ! Hoping to start going to every doctor I can because not having coverage is so scary I've been there
