If you are in the US, ask you hematologist about Lysteda (tranexamix acid). It is the same class of medicine as Amicar but a whole lot stronger. It is marked for heavy periods but it can be used for people with bleeding disorders too. Other countries have this drug in many formats- not just pills. It is 2 pills three times a day so it isn't as many to swallow as Amicar (unless you are using the oral solution). Best of luck! I have Hemo A and love Lysteda. I have Hemo A but have used Humate-P for 11 years. Love it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. It is not about 10X more concentrated so the volumes are a lot more reasonable.
