On this short notice I think your best bet is calling a couple places about to-go trays of rice, beans, meats, tortillas, etc. King Taco's a chain but I've always enjoyed them and they have the infrastructure to handle large catring orders.

If you have a Vallarta super market near by, they have awesome party portions of Mexican food. Prices are great and the food is very tastety!

I've used Tacos Guerrerros many times. Quality food, reasonable price and have always been available (my luck). 562-492-1043 You also can't go wrong with Paco's in Arcadia. You can call in any sized order and pick it up.
