120$ for basic maintenance. Don't deal with bge avoid any other large company like b&b find a reliable small to medium company to deal with. I've redone multiple jobs after large companies. Last one was bge offering to replace coil under their warranty where labour is covered 100% and parts are only 2700$, did the job for 1700$ labour and materials.
