"bashing", "labels"?! I've referred to you as "Mr. Brown" in every comment...I don't get caught up in name calling and such nonsense...I simply state the facts the way I see them based on my own experiences...your final statement about things just not being "fair" is ridiculous at best...I'm a 50 year old man who knows full well that many things in life aren't "fair"...however there is an extreme difference between "unfair" and "unjust", and NO US citizen, of any party, race or other association, should have been FORCED to lose their insurance coverage as a result of the over-reaching, overbearing tactics of an out of control government....and now I really must go hook up an ice maker...millions of freeloading deadbeats are counting upon me and others to work to provide them with health insurance and other things that most of us work for......
Ed B. replied:
Neocon, right wing nut, freeloading deadbeats and things like that are labels. You, James, brought up "rights", so I quoted and used the word, even saying under the freedom of speech right I have, I can say anything I feel like, although I try hard to be respectful, kind and compassionate. I don't always accomplish that, since I am human. You didn't really lose coverage, you had a contract that became null and void and no longer applicable. As far as facts, most of your comments were purely subjective, as were mine. Your reference of rights are actually the unalienable rights given to all under the Declaraion of Independence. The enforceable rights under the law, Constitutional Law, are the amendments to the Constitution.
