VBV seems to have the better reputation now of the three companies I know of. Casey's was okay to deal with as a renter a few years back, but they didn't always have things done in our building in a very timely manner. They did deal with major stuff efficiently enough though. Regular cleaning crews came in and at minimum a yearly inspection. The third company I've heard some first hand horror stories about how they manage properties so I won't even name them... but feel free to PM me if you'd like to know.
