Thai Gourmet on Richmond has excellent thai food with varying levels of spiciness you can order. Their menu has a little disclaimer on the bottom that says if you order the food too spicy, it's not their fault. I enjoy medium when I want that heat but not sipping water constantly. Their Spicy will make you sweat, and their "Thai spicy" is ridiculously spicy.

From one to another--Dippin' Noodle at Tiger Den; Chef Brandon Soverall (from Trinidad) at Triniti makes a spicy sauce that will burn a hole in your belly. Eat it sparingly with their burger and fries. Best Fries in H town...amazing burger. Must go.
