Thanks, will try what you all said except McDaniels. Joe's replaced 2 or 3, but this one has been installed since 1984. lol There is no way we want to get into what will be involved with the ancient plumbing if we can help it. Arnold and Sons gave us a quote of 1,255! Then Joe told him he could go buy one for $400 and do it himself...so the guy came back on and said 1,000....say what??? AND it was $89 for a quote that would be added on to the price. Wow....guess who we're NOT going with??
