Your best bet would be to go to or call healthcare.gov. That's where we get ours from. Last year, they quoted us a ridiculous amount so we had to pass...then right after midnight on Jan. 1, we called again and our premium was free with low co-pays. Doesn't cover fancy stuff, but sure does cover what you need.
