My Internet Service is with Century Link after having a less than Stellar experience with Coosa Cable. It has slowed down a good bit lately to the point that it has affected some Downloads with Direct TV. Direct TV has been Great... and after reading some of these Comments I plan to look into their Internet Service. I do not recommend Bundling with anyone to anyone. You may want to change Video Service or Internet Service and be bound in a contract. I would recommend a Back Up Antenna... There have been times that the rain was so hard that Direct TV was affected. I purchased a Channel Master Antenna from Randy at Forbes Dist. in Birmingham that is cut for the Local Digital Channels in this area. I receive 44 HD Channels for free on this Back Up and with 33/40's Antenna being up on the Mountain near Pell City... I never lose James Spann in a Storm.

Century Link is the fastest, and the most reliable, but they are still terrible. Their customer service is outsourced overseas, so it takes a lot of phone calls to ever get anyone who speaks English. They never, ever show up when they are supposed to. It takes 3-4 calls and missed appointments before you can get anyone out when you have a problem. But, you still have faster internet that works more often than any other option around here.
