Stardust Gym in East Bridgewater. It's across from the YMCA. Reasonable prices and you can have up to 20 kids. My daughter had her party there, and has gone to other parties there. They are great.

Kidz Planet in Norwell does a good job too. Trampoline, face painting, parachute, blow up maze, swing rope, climbing wall and then the party room. If you have a mix of older and younger kids its good for multiple ages
