I used to use Plumb Medic in Merch. but he got a crew and a kid came (not him) and charged me $225 for FIFTEEN mins work that I could do myself (snake the kitchen drain) when I called him to do the outside line. I was so angry, out the money and still had a clogged drain and he wouldn't return calls to fix the problem. he lost a loyal customer to greed...and having a kid do the work!
