I am pretty sure Morton Park District offers yoga as on of their winter classes at the Soccer Forum (or Recreational Center...on Detroit).

There is a program that is recommended called Tai Cheng, I just don't need to spend another $80 on a whole program. I already have 3 lol. It's one of beachbody's programs, you can check it out through your account. I did buy a restorative yoga by Deborah Donahue from Amazon to try.
