We used blurb for our wedding book and were happy with the quality. For really beautiful book especially baby books but anything really I like Milk Books http://www.milkbooks.com/
Emily W. replied:
or moleskin (you know the notebooks?) are their partner site. I've never done one but they look pretty swish.http://www.milkbooks.com/moleskine.aspx

A little pricey, but good quality - David Giles is the man to talk to.
Any one have recommendations for printing services ( gift cards etc) ?

I use Discus on Demand (W. Leederville) and Quality Press (Welshpool) quite often and can recommend both. Would suggest you get some samples. As they both have digital presses you can do very small runs. Keep in mind that these will be more expensive than someone like Snap and Worldwide but far better quality.
I have a few A1 collages / paintings I would like to scan, but they would need to go in a flatbed scanner. Does anyone know a place in the city that has a large flatbed...
