If you are interested in going to Rohnert park, I have been with Dave Von Bima of North Coast Financial Services since 1995. He is an EA, (Enrolled Agent) which means if you are audited and he has done your returns, he can sand up for you in front of the IRS. He talked to us about the benefits of going from Sole Proprietorship to S Corp vs LLC. He also does our payroll and payroll taxes.
