Amy Krueger Kolman of Kolman Family Chiropractic in Wales! She's AMAZING. They offer massage therapy as well.

Yes, you can do both back to back. Kolman Chiropractic requires an initial exam w/ x-rays as well, then from there she makes recommendations, but there is no pressure to come back 3 x/week like most. I just go once a week (Sawyer too!) and it's been a huge help with my back. Carrying around The Hulk all day is no easy feat.
