Tattoo parlors ARE the best choice. Black Lotus Tattoo Gallery will allow children. I would call, first, to find out what the piercer's schedule is. They are GREAT with children!

Piercing Pagoda in the mall did my daughter's at 6 weeks and she just went back for her 2 nd hole. Never had any issues or infections.

I just went to Vincent at Royal Anchor. I definitely recommend him. He's been piercing at R.A. for 19 years and a piercer for almost 30 years. I've read nothing but good reviews about him which is why I chose to go with him. I have no regrets. He was professional, very clean, and thorough about his procedure and at home cleaning.

Matt Wertjes at Royal Anchor is amazing. I have 11 tattoos, the ones he did still look great. I would stay away from Ink 66, and regret spending money there. I've heard great things about Black Lotus. If you want a piercing Isaac is the guy to go to.
