Demand Rand! Joking. Kline and Specter does have doctor/lawyer’s - which should help, but I’d go with a solid midsize plaintiff’s firm that has a lot of experience in such matters. In a metro area like Philly, there should be a few such firms.

Shop your case around. It's not the law firm, it's the lawyer who is going to explain the strengths and weaknesses in the case in a way you understand.

Maybe contact the Philadelphia Bar Association and see if they have recommendations? https://www.philadelphiabar.org/

I would avoid any law firm that you see advertised. I swear. You become lost in the shuffle at places like those. Go see Hill & Associates. The lawyers there fight hard for all their cases. I’ve seen it first hand. I’m a court reporter and have worked with many, many attorneys over the past five years.
