Korean food can be spicey but I find it is tastier then some chinese. I found this sauce I use now at Shop Rite Tsang Korean Teriyaki it is savory and sweet. I think Korean style meat is better also because unlike chinese meat they brown meat and it doesn't have globs of flour and gooey sauce on it. Kimchee pot is an in ground oven..and covered!
Just got home from a lovely dinner with my brother in law and his lovely wife at Agricola in Princeton, NJ. Great restaurant that's farm to table with reasonable...
