Nilima M. replied:
there's a couple of teachers in town, one is in BKK1 area: 52 St 302. http://www.kundaliniyogacambodia.org/ And the Nataraj Yoga use the same facilities for classes: http://www.yogacambodia.com/ There's other fitness options too, such as Capoeira classes, Salsa classes, aerobics at dawn/sunset at the Olympic Stadium, boxing, kickboxing, and many more... I found this information on internet..... :)
hey! does anyone knows where there are yoga shops in pp?
Kat B. replied:
Saw one on st 302 west of 51. I think it's called "krama yoga". Or Yoga Phnom Penh is a fixture here, though I can't vouch for it personally (monthly memberships and aerial available I believe). Mats are available at most bookstores if that's what you were looking for.

Yoga Phnom Penh on street 21 opp. Wat Svey Poppey, and Nataraj / Krama yoga on street 302 (Nr. Monivong), both are good, and Nataraj is a social enterprise i.e., not for profit.
Hello, anybody knows where can I buy a yoga mat? Cheap cheap if possible...
Alison H. replied:
At IBC and the sports shops on Monivong.....cheap but poor quality. Yoga Phnom Penh has mats you can use during class. Mats sold at other yoga places are the same as those in IBC but at a higher price.
