I had the adrenal saliva test. Dr Jakaran ordered it for me. it was done whilst i stayed in midlands hospital in jan last year.

Not too bad. It was a long process. they first gave me an injection into the arm muscle and then I had to spit into a tube every hour for 8 hours. Get your Dr to speak to Dr R Jakaran. the lab sisters collected the vials and did the injection. You would have to be admitted to hospital over a weekend as it's a long process.

I would not recommend Dr Sharma either,,got a history with her. Dr an Schalwyk the old man used to be good but he is very old, he forgets. Dr Akoo is good with his injection and he dispenses medication too. He charges around R280 on cash that incl meds.

Don't know if Dr Engelbrecht is contracted to Discovery Keycare but he always does a thorough check & most of the time you can see him on the same day. He also does not prescribe antibiotics unless it really is necessary.

My suggestion would be to go and see an ENT (specialist). GPs generally do not have specialist tools to check eats correctly. And you do not want to mess with a child's hearing. I talk from experience. Phone Dr Ettienne De Villiers, 0333948466. He is very good.
