Had two sheet cakes from Minerva's at a funeral reception. Absolutely the "best" cake ever!! The icing was out of sight & each cake was decorated with a cross of icing in center. THE best!! Keystone Bakery in Monessen is also a great bakery! Best nut rolls & buns in the Valley!
