Quin McLaughlin, he's a senior at Pine Richland. I think he has a facebook page. You can probably search and message him on there. He's great with kids and do cool balloon stuff. I know he does parties too!

There is a balloon guy that is at Monte Cellos in cranberry weekend evenings....amazing!!! Great with kids and balloons are out of this world. Call the restaurant...im sure they'd give you his info
