I have no idea if this is even plausible, but the Art Institute has that ability. Again, not sure if that's even possible, but maybe a student would be willing to do it?

Generally speaking, you only really need a large uniform colored area to do chroma keying (Green is primarily used since it's not too common of a color to wear and it's usually pretty distinct from human skin tones). It could be a solid color bedsheet or a painted wall/board. You don't need a specially made screen. One of the guys I know that does video production just does it on a painted wall. Adobe Premiere doesn't take any issue with it.

Hey, I can give you a hand. I have a portable green screen and some lights. It is a fabric screen, which aren't nearly as good as painted walls, but I'm pretty good with keying it out via After Effects. I'm a freelance videographer and have done a lot of videos for my band, Dethlehem.
