Pretty much any tattoo artist should be able to replicate a drawing. They just put your drawing onto transfer paper, then that goes on your skin. You'll have to talk with them about what kind of shading you want, of course. All of the tattoos I have are ones I've designed myself. But the last one I did, I had Rex at Chicago Tattoo and Piercing Company do it. I'm super happy with his work, and I didn't even need any touch ups.
