Get Costco dental insurance. My mom has it. Super cheap and pretty much everyone takes it. (PS don't let the spider smell the injury. He will eat u)

Western dental does payment plans. Or if you want a good place, I know a dentist that is great, but expensive, but will let you make payments. Since its your back tooth, western dental should be fine:)
