I used http://www.wakehams.co.uk/ for 2 boreholes -they located the best place to find water and drilled the boreholes. One borehole was completed by them and the other we fitted an old fashioned water pump to and Wakehams advised us the best way to go about it. If you give them a ring I am pretty sure they will be able to give you a quote for the drilling and assist you with the best way to complete the job if you want to finish it yourself- they are based at Modbury.

Talk to SCL Water in South Molton, they are incredibly helpful https://www.facebook.com/SclWaterLtd I have done exactly the same as you. We now supply 3 properties and the farm from the borehole. We have a cheap (ebay) borehole pump which puts the water into a tank then we have a DAB E.sybox which is an excellent bit of kit, it is expandable so if you need more pressure you can link more pumps together, very quiet and it does away with the need for a seperate expansion tank. The water then goes through a PH correction filter sediment filter and finally UV and then to the taps. The filtration will depend on the water that comes out of the borehole. We used Cox Plant for the drilling, in fact they have drilled another on my Mum and Dads farm https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cox-Plant-Water-Borehole-Drilling and I highly recommend them.
