Given the fact that Free Health Care is institutionalized as a Human Right (meaning NOT only for Cuban citizens) in Socialist Cuba, all you should do is actually contact a Cuban consulate, make arrangements to get him a visa, put him on a plane to La Habana and have him admitted at any local hospital. All due evaluations and transfer to a specialty unit/ward will be handled then. You may also research all pertinent information via-Internet. All official Cuban Government websites (Ministry of Health and Tourism included) are multilingual. Best of Luck!

I had a physio come out to the house 3 times a week for 3 months in the beginning but now I attend MS Therapy Centre and see physio twice a week. Has helped for sure.
