I had a husband/wife team who did balloon twisting and face painting (Fun Faces with a Twist....they have a FB page) at my daughter's b'day party recently. I also contacted Mr. Twister (www.mistertwistershow.com) as I had seen him do balloon twisting at a charity event. He does some magic/songs, I think too. My daughter wanted a face painter and balloon combo tho so I went with the Fun Faces.:)
