Dr Cressman by Jenney Grist Mill if he's still working....
Marylee L. replied:
Dr Ryan hands down
Amy R. replied:
I interviewed both Dr. Ryan and Dr. Ritucci. I liked both, but in the end went with Ritucci because he said the work that my son needed was more extensive than what was proposed at Dr. Ryan's office, and the cost was about the same. I like Dr. Ritucci and his staff, plus they have an office in Plymouth and sandwich which is convenient for me.

Dr Fitzgerald at exit 10 is great!! I would also recommend Dr Peter Phan at New England Smile, 233 Water St in Plymouth . He is new to Plymouth, but has worked for a number of years on the South Shore and Cape. As a dental hygienist, I have seen man y of his cases, before and after, and his work is down right incredible!! I know he accepts most every ins plan, including Mass Health, which most orthos don't . 508-591-5951.

Dr. Ryan does have limited days/ hours which is a bit of a problem with a busy family! The care has been good there though.
Hi everyone... Looking for info on the local orthodontists... Any info or opinions would be great. Thanks!
Meredith W. replied:
Dr Cressman. He's in Plymouth. I've never had a better orthodontist than him. I've used him since my middle school years. My family has been to him in the past. The nurses and workers there are super nice and willing to work with anyone
Josh B. replied:
Dr. Tiffany Ryan in the industrial park is great.
Sheryl C. replied:
I've had 4 kids go through Ryan Orthodontics. Dr Ryan is very honest and will not do braces if they are not ready, she offers discounts when paid up front, there are payment plans also. All my kids had different reasons for needing braces, some needed more work than others and all the prices were based on a thorough exam and personalized treatment plan.. not all the same prices. Free consults, and she talks to and explains everything to the children. I had price compared to three other places, and her prices and plans were the best.
OK bad experience going to orthodontist today..first off i felt like i walked into the 1970's...nothing was updated in years..i mean seriously the guy was like 100yrs...

http://www.what-a-smile.com/ - amazing office and experience! All up dated (they even have video game systems to keep kids occupied while they wait). Great staff as well!
Looking for an orthodontist for my son to get braces. Any recommendations good, bad or indifferent would be greatly appreciated

Christine D. replied:
Dr Ryan is awesome!
Amy K. replied:
Dr Ryan is the best!!! Her hours can be tough but I have made it work because of how wonderful she is! She has a family too, so this is why she has shortened hours. Well worth going there!!!
Susan D. replied:
Dr Ryan is Awesome!!
Samantha D. replied:
Dr. Blangiardo was the best, ever. Dr. Ryan took over his practice and they lost the molds to my retainer.
Cheryl S. replied:
Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff are great!
Tracy Y. replied:
Dr Bonjornio in Middleboro right off rotary. Great staff, pricing & payment plan.
Jen H. replied:
Dr Woods in Sandwich. My two sisters and I all got braces with him when we were young, he's very kind and his assistants are all super sweet!
Paul H. replied:
Dr Woods in Sandwich is fabulous
Susanne M. replied:
Dr. Ryan! If she doesn't take your insurance then go to Norwell Pediatric Dentistry and orthodontics
Kate G. replied:
I had a great experience with Dr. Ritucci as well.
Cassie C. replied:
Dr Cressman in Plymouth near Jenny Gristmall!
Anita S. replied:
I agree. Dr. Ryan is good but I find her inaccessible and am not thrilled with the response of her staff to problems. In hindsight, I wish I went to Dr.Fitzgerald in Duxbury whom my friends have recommended.
Janet S. replied:
Dr. Ryan
Darcy R. replied:
We found the same thing with Dr. Ryan and scheduling. and that's why we decided to go with Dr. Ritucci. We were able to get Kaylas work started before my consultation with Dr Ryan.
Anyone have any reviews on the orthodontist Peter T Cressman?
He wants to put my 10 year old in braces and a palette expander. Anyone else think that is ridiculous?
Barbara H. replied:
My neices and nephews all used Dr, Cressman. My neice was in palette expander about that same age and then went to braces. Not that unusual
Andria S. replied:
I recommend a second opinion! Dr Tifany Ryan is awesome! She stopped me from having a very expensive procedure my regular dentist said I needed...but really didn't need. She's honest. A consultation wouldn't hurt.
Maryann A. replied:
Dr. Cressman is great. Not unusual
Kelly M. replied:
Go get a second opinion with Dr. Ryan!
Debi C. replied:
Dr. Cressman has had an outstanding reputation in the Plymouth community for more than 20 years!!
Jennifer B. replied:
It's better to do a palette expander young before the palette fuses together. Braces should be done soon after expander is out to preserve the expansion. My son had his expander and braces through Dr. Ryan in Plymouth. She is terric and has a great staff! Good luck!
Dagmar R. replied:
My eldest had metal in her mouth from age 5 to graduation. She needed it and it worked wonders. Both my girls went to Dr. Cressman. He was always accessible in emergencies...things happen...his staff is warm and wonderul and they are all genuinely kind, nice people. Plus they know what they are doing.
Gina D. replied:
Do it now,my son is 19 and has to have jaw surgery because an orthodontist said he had to be 17 before they could do anything to help his over bite, severe over get, small pallet and severe cross bite.I took him after he turned 17 back to this orthodontist and he told me nope he's gotta ne done growing so now we wait til he's 18.well I left there and called New England Smiles,Dr Phan is great,he said my son should've been treated at 12 years old and that he needed surgery and a pallette extender but he refered him to Boston Medical and has done all the orthodontic prep work for my son to have corrective jaw surgery this fall
Shayla P. replied:
I had braces put on at age 10, with a palette expander, everything out in two years. My teeth are so straight and perfect, all done by Dr. Cressman! He was super nice, and all of his staff were great too.
Meghan E. replied:
If you want to get a second opinion, I recommend Tifany Ryan in the Industrial Park.
Lara F. replied:
We love Dr Cressman! Easier to correct teeth while they're still growing... My oldest didn't start until her mid teens (did the palette expander too) and still had them on for senior pictures...just make sure she uses retainer
