As the former owner of Endless Summer Tanning Salons in Plymouth I would like to give you the facts about tanning, the above comments are very misleading. Currently it is against state law right now to indoor tan under the age of 18. This law took the parental rights away from your parents which I think is so wrong. Burning of the skin causes skin cancer. I always recommended that parents allow their kids to indoor tan to get a base before spending the whole summer frying on the beach. To blame cancer on just tanning salons is incorrect. People that tan usually go in the sun. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. If this is true about John Carver Inn or the salon in the mall is true that they’re letting under 18 tan they will be reported. Spray tan would be the way to go if you’re going somewhere. It is cosmetic so it will not protect you from the sun. I wish this law wasn’t passed because I would rather see people get a base before the sun. Endless Summer has the most beautiful all natural spray tan ingredients that do not turn you orange! Nothing is 100% safe. Whatever you do, do it in moderation. Also be careful with sunscreen, many contain carcinogens that are absorbed through the skin. There are a couple that don’t. You can google the ingredients to see which ones.

I was told the other day it is absolutely illegal even with parental consent for under 18. The guy owned a tanning salon and was saying the business has died down a little bit he refuses to break the law so as not to be shut down. Go to Hair Fitness and get a spray tan! It’s awesome!

Not sure if you want it just because,or if its for prom or maybe its for competition reasons (cheer or dance). My daughter,cheered was asked to do it for comp,and I refused.. Abbey Moran truly sorry for all the negativity you are getting for asking a simple question. Some people are just asshole know it alls. Do your research, be responsible, and stay safe. Unfortunately you can't use a tanning booth till you are 18 but a good spray tan will work till summer.

Capilli Fitness located in USA Fitness Carver. It's a trainer who offers classes. $10/class or purchase a class(punch) card and classes go to $8 each. 1 st class is free. Large majority ates women who attend. I love it and it's worth every penny. Classes are Body Burn or circuit/weight training.
