I will second the Pomona Valley Mining Company and also recommend Coco Palm next door. Coco Palm is a Cuban restaurant straight out of the 1960 s. They can set you up with your own room. They have many balconies under palm trees and the food is good. Both restaurants are perched on a hill and have a nice view of Pomona and traffic on the 10.
