Yes I vote chiropractor!! The adjustments I find give instant relief & increased range of movement... They do fantastic things:) and Karen Baker is amazing at acupuncture!! Xx

I use an osteopath - different to chiropractor - Marc Jones at Christchurch Osteopathy has helped me after many a heavy fall. His practice is at Shelley Manor Boscombe which has free parking. Good luck getting David sorted x

Go the Anglo European chiropractic collafe in boscombe you'll be seen my a student under tutor supervision...cheaper but most up to date treatment but they are fab...mum swore by them after her car accident.
