Laura - Caroline may be able to help you. I have an ISH with a lot of poll tension, he is currently suffering a lot and is having spasms with head shaking to relieve the discomfort as a result. Caroline is coming to treat him this week. She is based very near to you. Have a look at her page. I can highly recommend her. Good luck.
