Alberni Chiropractic Services on Gertrude. I have gone to this place for years. Always an absolute pleasure. They have an amazing staff and have saved me from being totally not able to walk a couple times. Always putting my back out doing stupid moving things.. Also with the free visits from the Government most places still make you pay 10$ and there they waive that and cover it for you.

I have been seeing Dr. James tilsted since I was 15 years old (nearly half my life now ) and he also treated me through my pregnancy with my son. He is wonderful, thorough and has a gentle yet effective touch. I recommend him number one and I have seen Dr kozuback as well as a back up

When I was living there I went to Honu Family Chiropractic on Elizabeth St. Not sure if he is still there, but he was great and really treated the whole body. And he had a great attitude towards healing in general.

I'd recommend Brent Manson or Honu Family Chiropractic. Both gentle but very thorough. I saw Kozuback for years and he's a nice man, but he only does a couple of things and would have you in his office 3 x/week if he could, so you burn through your 10 visits that you're allowed through medical VERY quickly. I found Brent or Carl more thorough and only go about once a month for maintenance.
