That's tough and frustrating. We've been there and were on the waiting list for a long time too. My son went to Koala T in Hagersville. I don't know if they do a few times a week or not. However, they were a great help. As they let the Reach workers / Speech Therapists come to the centre to work with Liam. Like you, we also considered private in the mean time. I contacted a friend (not local) who is a speech therapist and she gave my things to do in the meantime. I'm sure our situations are different but my son now talks non-stop.

We hired Melissa Dumoulin privately for our son. It was about 5 or 6 years ago now so I don't know if her contact info is current but this is the card she gave us then. I would definitely recommend her.
