Sheila Foerth . She is in Stony Brook. She started teaching and I followed her there because I love her. The only thing is that you have to pay out-of-pocket and then send your insurance the paperwork and they reimburse you. But she's totally worth it. She is kind and gentle and completely trustworthy. She came home early from her vacation to do dental work for me before my wedding. What dentist will do that?

Dr. Dean Raio in Medford. Extremely trustworthy and helpful, been going there for years after bad experience being ripped off by other dentist office. They will explain everything in detail to you before they start work or charge you, and they have payment plans if your insurance doesn't cover. They will work with you personally.

Dr. Elena Friedman in miller place is fabulous. I really disliked going to the dentist until I started going to her. You would love her Nicole!! 928-3384

We go to Coram Selden Dental down at 83 and Middle Country and it may sound odd but this is the first dental office I don't mind going to. I honestly don't think I've been seen more than 5 or 10 minutes past my appointment time, no exaggeration.

I've been seeing Dr Kahn in Mount Sinai for over 20 years. I briefly switched to Dos Santos because they were across the street from my pediatrician and close to home, but I quickly switched back to Dr Kahn. His office is great.

Gentle Dental did great work ... I had NO INSURANCE I was charged 2300.00 for a root canal LAST year I still paying this off with Care Credit ugh

I did not like Dr Lawrence! He ripped my gums apart bc he didn't use a hygienist! I go to Concerned Dental on Old Town next to 7-11 now

I've heard bad things about Dr. Lawrence, too. I am thinking about Dr. Damaskos myself!

If Dr. Kleinman of Gentle Dental on Main ST in PJ is on your insurance list, try him. He's great.

We love Dr. Kleinman to just be careful with Gentle Dental as they want every last penny. Make sure you know what your coverage is exactly and get estimates before you have any work done. Gentle Dental is great but they won't work with what your insurance coverage is as payment in full.

Ok. The name is Adelberg & Montalvan Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics. They are awesome with the kids and have an amazing office!! The Orthodontist on site is my boss from the other office I work at. If the kids ever need Orthodontic evaluations, you won't have to go to a separate office. I work at the Adelberg office one Saturday a month. They are located in Nesconset on Lake Ave. I don't have the exact address but you can google the name. Check them out!!

Dr. Kevin Scherer has two offices, one in E Setauket, and the other in Miller Place. He's great, and his prices are good since we dont have ins either!

DR. Kahn in mt. Sinai is wonderful. Have you purchased a dental discount plan? So well worth the small annual fee....great discounts on dental services of you don't have insurance!

Dr. Sal Lotardo has an office in Nesconset ( Nesconset Dental) and Riverhead( Bella Smiles). There are 2 other great dentists in the practice.

Dr Dibenedetto in Holbrook

My dentist, dr. Berkmire, is on 347, in shoreham, but he is the best best best. He has a great sensee of humor, and is a kind man. I do not know his policy on payment, but he is great with me, and I can surely be a baby! His number is 821-4110. He is always kind and considerate, and hilarous, and they ALWAYS take their time.

Are you willing to do a credit card type playment plan. Dr Nicastro excepts credit care. You set the limit you want to apply for, and I believe its interest free for the first year as long its paid off in the year. It's not a discount, but it buys you some time. Or look into Stony Brooke U. Dental clinic. That's all dental students but fairly cheap, only thing is you see someone different every time. I have friends that do this, because they have no dental and they love it.
