No one here can do it. I bought a key and a electric device that you plug into the car computer to program the new key to suit the vehicle ,from Australia and even that didn't work. The best advice is this video. Remove the chip from original key and tape it around the key cylinder. You will have to take off the plastic steering column cover to do it. Then try the key and see if it works. Keep doing it until you find the sweet spot. https://youtu.be/x4 v8 l75 kP_w

Go to Pom Locksmith at Boroko. Provide model of the vehicle. Its somewhere around k1500 as they need to rekey the sensor etc. They will give the advisory though. Back drive opposite salvation army school.
