You can indeed send a letter to that effect. Have you nominated someone in trinidad to deal with her on your behalf? (ie to collect the keys etc). In your letter you should also ask her to make arrangements to pay the outstanding sum or sums. There are a number of websites where you can find letter templates for various issues. A Google search can pull up a number of them, or you can check http://www.uslegalforms.com/letters/legal-letters-p.htm. You should be more than able to draft a letter on your own behalf, but it may be quicker and more efficient to go through an attorney. If you pm me, I can send you a recommendation.
