The Car Doctor on Ridgewood --- honest, honest, honest - and very reliable! I took my car in for a second opinion after my dealership told me I needed over $600 in repairs. I told him what the dealership told me was wrong, he listened to my car & fixed the problem for $60. It was mis-diagonsed before. That was 5 years ago & the car is still running great.

Wayne at South Nova Auto. As honest and cheap as it gets. He's right next to the railroad tracks on big tree kind of by the sonic.

Yah Wayne is an older guy and has a couple people that work with him but knows everything about cars. The shop by dominos on nova tried saying my intake manifold was cracked and it'd be 1500 to look at plus cost of replacement parts. Wayne said it'll be 20 mins and 20 bucks to put a new gasket on. Same thing with my dads ac. All it needed was a new hose and Wayne did it and just charged 20-30 instead of saying it needs a new blower motor and compressor etc.

Check with BRo. Ed Stevens whose wife, Dawn, works for a Ford dealership in Delay. I have used the Ford dealership on N. Federal in Ft. Lauderdale. Competent mechanics and reasonable costs for a dealership. They stand behind their work which is important these days.

Go to Silver Star in Ormond Beach. The family who owns it is beyond kind, and they're local! They're also dear friends. Also, I know firestone is running a $99 single axle break special right now. The one in port orange is legit. Maybe take it there for the breaks and to silver star for the rest, to save some coin.
