When my 92-yr-old mother's lower back began to bother her a few years ago, she agreed to see an acupuncturist, but she only trusted the doctors at Silverdale's Acupuncture and Chinese Herb at 9301 Linder Way NW, Silverdale. Along with traditional care (pain meds & exercise), the two or three acupuncture treatments immensely helped. She's now off of Rx painkillers. http://tcmcenter.com/?page_id=38
