For downtown, I'd recommend one of two places to go: * [Maginnis & Carey:](http://www.maginnis-carey.com/about-maginnis-and-carey/partner-profiles.php) John Dindia is a great guy. They're office is in China Town right by the Max stop. * [McDonald Jacobs:](http://www.mcdonaldjacobs.com/ourteam/) Sang Ahn is super nice. Their office is across the street from Pioneer Courthouse, in the Ben & Jerry's building. The challenge with downtown firms is they're typically large, expensive, and less generous with their time. These are the nicest guys I know of that work around downtown. They're also still local firms.

Aww... filing taxes is fun! You can use the irs.org online program for free or use TaxActOnline, which I think for just the 1040EZ, it's free. I've used TaxAct for maybe 11 years and love it. Though lately have had some self-employment taxes, so it hasn't been free for us.
