Can anyone recommend a fair auto mechanic to replace a steering rack for a PT cruiser? Meineke quoted 800. It seems a bit much. Thank you for any referrals!

I just had an amazing experience with Scott at Stratham Tire in Portsmouth. I was NOT expecting such fair prices and customer service. However, now that it has happened I plan on heading back. (Mienke use to be my go to - he is honest, but so busy that it is hard to get in there - IMO). Good luck!
Looking for recommendations for reasonably priced and honest car mechanic . Thanks in advanced !

Don't limit yourself to just one area or one field, because you have years of experience in that field. Think outside the box. What collateral duties did you hold that you liked or were especially good at. That's how I got involved in corporate training. I was the divisional and Eng Dept Training Guy. A good place to locate potential jobs is indeed.com. It is essentially a clearing house for job postings. You can look for a specific area, specific job title, or pay range.

I may have a dispatcher opening or an engineering opening. We are based in Portland, Oregon. In the Pearl district. Iberdrola Renewables - and if you think you might be interested, message me and I can grab your resume. Always interested in good nukes.

Like others have said, think outside the box. Lots of ELTs put there electrician hats on and become Load Dispatchers. Here's one in Portland http://www.indeed.com/m/viewjob?jk=3 ba74 be28785 f090&from=serp
